The National Museum of Industrial History in Bethlehem, PA offers a dynamic selection of books for all ages, handcrafted items, jewelry, apparel, toys, art, and vintage salvaged items that reflect our rich local and national industrial heritage as well as a wide variety of Bethlehem Steel themed gifts. An online shop is available. On Museum Store Sunday, all purchases made in the museum’s on-site gift shop will receive a 10% discount (20% for National Museum of Industrial History members) during regular operating hours, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Tis the season to shop small! We are welcoming the Holidays to our little town of Bethlehem with the annual SouthSide Arts District Tree Lighting.
This free-to-attend celebration is scheduled for Saturday evening, November 29th, from 5:00 – 6:00 PM, at the Gateway at Greenway Park between the New St. Parking Garage and 306 S. New Street.
The evening will feature a live Christmas concert from Lehigh Valley Rock band “The Beautiful Distortion,” as well as complimentary cocoa, cookies, and hot cider from some of our local SouthSide businesses.
Parking is available at the S. New Street Parking Garage at 324 S. New Street.
We will be collecting toy donations for the Bethlehem Parking Authority Toy Drive! Bring a toy for a child in need to receive a free parking validation to use at the New St Garage during the holiday season!

Join us November 28th, from 11am – 4 pm as we bring history to life with demonstrations and interactive activities for all ages. See many of our artifacts in operation including our 115-ton Corliss Steam Engine, try your hand at powering the maypole cord braiding machine, or make coasters on a 19th century printing press. Little ones can practice their S.T.E.A.M. skills with hands-on activities or color their own special holiday-themed “Tug” coloring page. All included with regular museum admission.
