SUMMARY:Bethlehem Town Hall Rotunda Gallery\, Michael Palladino\, "Ashland"
DESCRIPTION:Michael Palladino will be exhibiting his mixed media art work from his “Ashland” series at the Bethlehem Town Hall Rotunda Gallery from July 1 to August 10\, 2026.  There will be a reception on Sunday\, July 12 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM.  The Rotunda Gallery is located at 10 E. Church Street.  The Gallery is open to the public weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and is closed weekends and holidays. \nAn international visual artist from the East Village\, NYC\,  Michael specializes in nature-themed carved wooden reliefs that often suggest  environmental concerns.  He holds a BFA in Studio Art and Design from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University.  His studio and residence is now on the Delaware River in the Lehigh Valley\, PA\, where he frequently exhibits. \nHis “Ashland” series is a mixed media pairing of photographic aerial views of desert landscapes contrasting with their monochromatic\, carved wooden counterparts.  The vibrant photographs reveal geometric patterns and human interventions within natural terrain\, while the charcoal-toned wooden panels trace these forms through textured\, charred surfaces.  This contrast emphasizes the tension between creation and destruction\, highlighting the fragile balance of cultivated land and environmental degradation.  \nThe exhibition is sponsored by the Bethlehem Fine Arts Commission and the PA  Council on the Arts.

SUMMARY:AudaTours Bethlehem Audio Tour: Moravian Echoes and Industrial Origins
DESCRIPTION:A secret network of tunnels once buzzed beneath Bethlehem’s quiet cobblestone streets\, where revolutionaries plotted by candlelight and radical thinkers rewrote history in silence. \nTrace these hidden threads on a self-guided audio tour that reveals the stories behind doors most people walk past. Find lost legends and overlooked corners without a guidebook or crowd. \nWho risked everything in the Colonial Industrial Quarter\, where the smell of molten iron once foreshadowed disaster? Let each landmark breathe its secrets back to life as the city transforms around you. \nPress play and plunge beneath the surface of Bethlehem’s most intriguing streets.
