SUMMARY:Bethlehem Town Hall Rotunda Gallery\, 4 Realist Painters
DESCRIPTION:“4 Realist Painters”\, James A. DePietro\, Jack Dickerson\, Albina P. Herron and Keith Vogrin will be exhibiting their paintings at the Bethlehem Town Hall Rotunda Gallery from February 20 to March 27\, 2026.  There will be an opening reception on Sunday\, February 22\, from 2:00 – 4:00 PM\, with an artist talk at 3:00 PM.  The Rotunda Gallery is located at 10 E. Church Street.  Gallery hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. \nEntitled 4 Realist Painters\, this exhibition focuses on the representational artwork of four artists and their distinctive personal approach to realistic subject matter. The talents of James A. DePietro\, Jack Dickerson\, Albina P. Herron and Keith Vogrin shows their figurative artwork clearly derives from real object sources\, be they\, nature studies\, human forms\, still lifes\, or landscapes. Yet their application of the painting media and their individual methods to honor their subjects vary under the visual realm of artistic expression. \nJames A. DePietro is a visual storyteller who uses a series approach to incorporate his realistic subject matter to express a host of sociopolitical contemporary themes. His oil and/or acrylic media work highlight figurative images against stark contrasting  back- grounds with a vibrancy reminiscent of the Pop Art Movement.  Albina P. Herron’s exquisitely detailed work encompasses the natural world. Her media is gouache and watercolor and her depiction of plants and animals take on a photorealistic approach inspired by life on our planet. Jack Dickerson’s hyperrealism serves as a direct link to his realistic subjects. His acrylic and oil paintings are rendered with astonishing accuracy as he skillfully layers and applies his paint to create the illusion of reality on his canvas. The paintings of Keith Vogrin show his  neo-romantic tendencies. Nature and architecture reflect his love for the outdoors in his rural scenes or cityscapes\, using texture wherever needed with visible brush strokes with a “controlled looseness” to maximum effect. \nThis quartet of artists show an amazing range of expertise and mastery which they convey to the viewer in their close examination and appreciation of our “real” world. \nThe exhibition is sponsored by the Bethlehem Fine Arts Commission (www.bfac-lv.org) and the PA Council on the Arts.

SUMMARY:Christmas Putz & Star & Candle Shoppe
DESCRIPTION:at \n \n \n\nThe holiday shopping season is upon us\, and the Moravian History Store has something for everyone on your list! This year\, the History Store is once again partnering with Central Moravian Church to manage the Star and Candle Shoppe. Browse a dazzling array of holiday treasures\, including\, authentic Herrnhuter Moravian Stars\, handcrafted ornaments and holiday décor\, beautiful Moravian star jewelry\, and themed glassware\, tumblers\, and more. \nSince 1937\, Central Moravian has been offering a Community Putz for the City of Bethlehem. Like a crèche\, a putz tells the story of Jesus’ birth with carved figures.  A cherished tradition\, the Putz (from the German word putzen\, meaning “to decorate”) retells the wonderful story of Christ’s birth through narration and music\, while tiny lights illuminate each miniature scene. The figures\, many of them antiques of German origin\, are nestled amidst live moss\, driftwood and rocks. The practice of putz building is uniquely Moravian. Bethlehem’s first settlers brought their putz figures with them in the 18th century. In Victorian days\, it was the custom in Bethlehem for Moravians to “go putzing” during the week between Christmas Eve and New Year’s\, enjoying others’ putzes.\nPutz & Star & Candle Shoppe Hours: Thursdays and Fridays: 1 – 7 p.m.\, Saturdays: 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.\, Sundays: 1 – 5 p.m.\,\nAfter Christmas\, open daily 1 – 5 p.m. \n\n\n\n\n\n \n Add to calendar \n\n\n\n \n Google Calendar \n \n\n \n iCalendar \n \n\n \n Outlook 365 \n \n\n \n Outlook Live \n \n\n \n \n \n \n\n\n\n Details\n	\n\n\n Date:\n \n \n \n \n\n Time:

SUMMARY:Ray Bonneville – Juno Award-winning Bluesy Electric Americana with Unrivaled Harmonica Tone\, Smoky Vocals\, and Unwavering Foot Percussion
DESCRIPTION:Ray Bonneville is a Juno Award–winning blues poet whose music is shaped by deep Southern grooves and a lifetime on the road. His stripped-down electric Americana blends a distinctive guitar style\, unwavering foot percussion\, smoky vocals\, and a harmonica tone that carries both grit and restraint. Whether letting silence hang between notes or locking into a slow-burning groove\, Bonneville delivers songs that feel lived-in and deliberate. Experience his masterful storytelling up close in the Intimate Atmosphere of Godfrey Daniels\, where every lyric and harmonic detail has room to land in this premier Live Music Listening Room.
