Participants will be required to sign a waiver at check in.  This tour happens entirely in public spaces\, but in the dark\, with uneven surfaces and limited visibility.  It is not a haunted/ghost tour\, but some visitors may be uncomfortable with the lack of light\, strange noises\, and heights (46 feet).
